There are sooo many way cool technologies out there and within Moodle. It is easy to be overwhelmed, but just take it a step at a time.
The nice part about using technology – it remains the same from semester to semester. Once you find something that works, you can use it again the following semester. Then you are free to find another problem to solve, or add something that you have discovered as you go along.
I am always tinkering with my courses. A colleague suggests some approach that sounds interesting. I stumble upon a Moodle feature that I hadn’t remembered from my original training. New resources are available. Students’ level of internet access and Moodle use permit me to add more complex or bandwidth-intense assignment. Everyone benefits as the course keeps getting better.
Think of it as active research.
